  Can carbohydrates make you fat?

If you are looking for a way to get energy, carbohydrates are the way to do it. This is because they are converted easily into glucose, which is the type of sugar that is transported and used by your body. The best solution is to balance your energy intake with protein, fat, and fiber. Research shows that we should get about half of our energy needs from carbohydrates. But can it make you fat?Eating too much of anything will make you fat. However, it has been shown 
 that carbohydrates contain less calories than protein or fat. You have to keep your diet balanced and healthy. A good rule is to have about twice as many carbohydrates on your plate as protein. Eating a complex carbohydrate such as beans, potatoes, rice, for each meal, along with a vegetable and fruit will confirm that you will get the proper amounts of carbohydrates and nutrients in your body. Keep a good balanced diet, get the right amount and types of carbohydrates in your body and make sure that you are living a well-balanced and          healthy life.
