                            How to feel stress

Nowdays,most of us are feel stress and need to learn how to relieve stress.These are some ways to relieve stress.Find a relaxing position and focus on the imagery.  You can also add to this stress relief by breathing in slowly through your nose and out slowly through your mouth, then allow yourself to let go of your stress.
Sometimes a stressful sights and sounds can induce stress,so  you can use
soothing sights and sounds to relieve stress.
Sometimes we gaze at the ocean and just watch and listen to the waves can be a wonderfully mesmerizing and stress relieving experience.By watching an exquisite sunset can provide wonderful moments of tranquility.  You can find those

Just sit in a relaxing position, focus on the imagery, breathe slowly in and out through your nose, and be wiling to let your stress go.

                                                          Money

There are several reasons why money is important. I will just list some of the main reason. Without money you would not be able to live in your own house, buy groceries, buy a car or gas. Many years ago, people use to barter. Which meant if I had eggs and you had cabbage, then I would trade you my eggs for some of your cabbage and so on. If I have the money I want to build the big bunglow at the hills. It have many gardens in there. It have  many colouful flowers.We will feel excited when we see the flowers. We can see the sun rises every morning.  Then, I’m also want the swimmig pool in my house. The swimming pool is at the balcony. I can swim to feel my stress. I hope what i dream will come true. So , I must work hard to achieve my dream!!

                                                      My phone

I really wanted the new phone. Since I’m in form 1 i did not have my own phone. Now what I wanted will come true. I  buy the new phone which was ‘Blackberry’. I buy these with my own money. The money were come from my job after SPM. The salary that I get I save in the bank. I did not use it. From that salary, I buy the phone! I knew if we buy by own money we felt ‘love’ to that’s thing. We felt apperiaciate because not easy to get the money. We must work to get it. So, i must ‘care’ to my phone.....

  Can carbohydrates make you fat?

If you are looking for a way to get energy, carbohydrates are the way to do it. Eating a complex carbohydrate such as beans, potatoes, rice, for each meal, along with a vegetable and fruit will confirm that you will get the proper amounts of carbohydrates and nutrients in your body. Keep a good balanced diet, get the right amount and types of carbohydrates in your body and make sure that you are living a well-balanced and          healthy life.
