                            How to feel stress
Nowdays,most of us are feel stress and need to learn how to relieve stress.These are some ways to relieve stress.Find a relaxing position and focus on the imagery.  You can also add to this stress relief by breathing in slowly through your nose and out slowly through your mouth, then allow yourself to let go of your stress.
Sometimes a stressful sights and sounds can induce stress,so  you can use
soothing sights and sounds to relieve stress.
Sometimes we gaze at the ocean and just watch and listen to the waves
can be a wonderfully mesmerizing and stress relieving experience.By watching an exquisite sunset can provide wonderful moments of tranquility.  You can find those

Just sit in a relaxing position, focus on the imagery, breathe slowly in and out through your nose, and be wiling to let your stress go.
