Challenge strengthen our heart

When we are talking about challenges, negative matter will appear in our mind. This is not true.Sometimes, challenge make us become strength This is one story that I want to share with you.. One day, a huntsman was the jungle.He wanted to hunt the deer. After he felt tired, he wanted to rest at the tree. Suddenly,he saw one of the caterpillars wanted to move out from the chrysalis.Because of the hole is narrow,the caterpillar must work hard to move out.The huntsman felt sympathize.So,he helped the caterpillar to move out.After that the caterpillar succeed and became butterfly.After one minute,the butterfly flied it's felt down. The huntsman amazed why the butterfly felt down and died.Do you new why?This is because when the caterpillar wanted to moved out from the chrysalis, it's built the challenge strengthen by itself. But when this process helped by the huntsman, the caterpillar cannot be the strengthen butterfly. So,it died.... These are the reasons why God give us the challenges...!!

Huh... I'm really feel nervous... The MUET Speaking is around the corner. I don't know what  I feel right now. If I do my  homework I'm still think about this eventhough my test is next week.. My teachers always said that the MUET is essential to us. This is because MUET use as a credit or point to us for futher our study for degree. If we only get band one or band two, it's difficult to us to futher our study.. We also can't choose the university that we like.. So I must do very best because I'm really want to futher at USM or UM...wish me luck..!!

 Smiling make us feel good. You can feel better when you smile even you were in feeling sad before...
Smiling can lift your mood in almost any situation. It can help you see thing in more positive side. According to the scientist, smile is easy to do because it only use 17 face muscle but anger use 43 face muscle. You can smile to yourself. Look at the mirror and smile to yourself. By doing this, you can increase self cofidence. If you feel stress, nervous or down, you must lift it. Just try to smile and thinking something positive about yourself. Smile can make your life like a rainbow. Therefore, always KEEP IN SMILE!!!!

For students matriculation, their final exam is around the corner. They cannot have much time to enjoy. They must work hard to get a good result. For those that fell tension, this are some tips to help you guys...

Firstly, you must wake up early in the morning. Your concentrated is better during early hours. This is due to morning energy can helps your relax nad destress. Secodly, study at only six hours a day. If we study after six hours usually will go into waste due to exhausted mind. Thirdly, you must off your laptop or internet. Those are the main factor of distruction for not studying. Then, you must drink much water that can help you refreshed. And lastly, do not fell stress. Stress will never help you to pass your exam. So, relax and enjoy your study..

My Mother

Hello guys.. Today I want to share about my beloved person that I really love who is my mother. My mother is absolutely amazing. She is affectionate and pious lady. Her name is Nor Aini Bt Mohd Soheh. She is the best mother in the world. She was born on 24th Mei 1963 and now she is already 49. Since I’m in boarding school,  everyday I must called her. I just want  to hear her  voice to get some strength . She always supports me and give me a good advice. If I have any problems, I will share with her. She can solve my problems. If I fell sad or happy I tell to her. She also good in cook. Whatever that she cook is very marvelous. Anyone can't challenge her.  My mother is like my best friend forever (BFF). Anyone can't replace her with somebody. Without her I can’t be what I am now.
