 Smiling make us feel good. You can feel better when you smile even you were in feeling sad before...
Smiling can lift your mood in almost any situation. It can help you see thing in more positive side. According to the scientist, smile is easy to do because it only use 17 face muscle but anger use 43 face muscle. You can smile to yourself. Look at the mirror and smile to yourself. By doing this, you can increase self cofidence. If you feel stress, nervous or down, you must lift it. Just try to smile and thinking something positive about yourself. Smile can make your life like a rainbow. Therefore, always KEEP IN SMILE!!!!
